Get started now.Job SummaryThe 3PL Region Manager acts as the high-level bridge between iHerb and its external logistics providers across a specific geographic territory, responsible for daily operations and coordination with our partners and internal stakeholders. Heavy operations management experience is required.Job Expectations3PL Operations ManagementOwn day-to-day performance of 3PL partners across assigned regionEnsure SLA/KPI adherence (inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, returns)Partner Management & GovernanceHold 3PL partners accountable through regular performance reviews and metrics trackingAct as primary escalation point for operational issuesMonitor inventory and order processing across iHerb and 3PL partners systems to ensure alignmentCross-functional CoordinationPartner with internal teams (Inventory Planning, Marketing, Engineering, Ops) to align execution with business needsCapacity & Peak PlanningLead labor and space planning with 3PLs to support promotions and peak periodsAudit & ComplianceConduct site audits to ensure safety, process adherence, and inventory controlsLiaise with regulatory bodies as needed for regional operationsContinuous ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements across systems and operationsThe duties and responsibilities described above may provide only a partial description of this position.
