Requirements
Proven experience in crewing or maritime operations with team management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and labour law. Experience in budget management and cost optimisation. Fluent English and good command of Microsoft Office. Highly organised, proactive and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership, with integrity, discretion and a solution-oriented mindset. Good knowledge of the GCC active (I)NOCs crew compliance rules and visa requirements.
