Requirements

Proficiency in secure coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment, and observability on OpenShift/Kubernetes is essential.
Description
Purpose:Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs in Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.Own delivery of complex features end to end, from technical design through production.Design and optimize database interactions, integrations, and inter-service communication.Build and operate event-driven flows using Kafka and enterprise messaging.Ensure solutions meet security, performance, availability, and maintainability requirements.Apply secure coding practices for authentication, authorization, encryption, and sensitive data handling.Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering standards across the squad.Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement durable fixes.Contribute to technical design decisions and application architecture.Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment, and observability on OpenShift/Kubernetes.Identify technical debt and drive improvements to design and code quality.Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the chapter.
