JOB TITLE : OFFICE CLERK (MARINE) Work Location Offshore Leave Cycle 42/21 Air Ticket Round trip - Economy class provided Medical Health Insurance provided Food & Accommodation Provided as per the company policy Contract Type Contract Hire Working Hours 06:30 to 18:30 (1-hour lunch break), 7 days a week| Qualification (minimum) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Experience (minimum) 3-5 years of relevant experience in office secretarial work. Experience in marine, shipping, port operations, offshore logistics, transportation, or oil & gas support functions is an advantage. Job Description Provide administrative support for marine department operations. Monitor vessel and ship movements in the Offshore area and report any irregularities. Coordinate sea traffic, marine terminal, and helicopter operations support activities. Handle courier, cargo, post mail, baggage, and offshore consignments. Coordinate with internal departments, aviation authorities, and port authorities. Prepare EDP tanker documentation and operational reports. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental procedures. Skills Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently. Understanding of marine department procedures. Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively. Good follow-up and coordination skills.
