Position Summary:

You will play a key role in ensuring manufacturing excellence by performing in-process and final inspections, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Conduct in-process inspections and final product verification to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirements
  • Identify, label, record, and track non-conforming products; support quality engineers in measurement, analysis, and resolution activities
  • Collect, verify, and archive inspection records; prepare shipment documentation such as certificates of conformity and product certificates
  • Inspect returned products, monitor repair processes, and perform outgoing quality checks
  • Participate in quality inspection activities for new product introductions, production line transitions, and certification projects, including documentation preparation
  • Support customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis; drive and track corrective and preventive actions on the shop floor
  • Assist in the day-to-day coordination of inspectors, including workload balancing, oversight of inspection activities, and onboarding/training of new inspectors
  • Address basic quality issues within delegated authority to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform inspections in accordance with order requirements and applicable inspection standards
  • Accurately enter inspection data (e.g., results, non-conformance records) into Oracle or relevant systems
  • Maintain and improve quality documentation and records
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership to support business objectives

  • Basic English reading skills to understand technical documents and material standards
  • Confidence using office software such as Microsoft Excel and Word
