Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or trading industry.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

  • Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage a team and work effectively under pressure.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of UAE warehouse and logistics practices will be an advantage.

  • UAE driving license is an advantage.

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to maintain adequate inventory.Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and organization of products.Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff and allocate tasks effectively.Coordinate with logistics, sales, procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Identify inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse activities, stock movement, and operational performance.Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant company and regulatory requirements.Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize wastage.
