In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy critical IT applications and infrastructure changes that keep our airline running safely and efficiently.The ideal candidate bridges the gap between complex airline operations and technical IT execution. You will navigate rigorous governance frameworks, manage diverse senior stakeholders (from pilots to software architects), and flawlessly execute software releases through the Route to LIVE (RTL) pipeline.Key Responsibilities1. Project Delivery & Lifecycle ManagementEnd-to-End Execution: Own the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT projects within Flight Operations (e.g., flight planning, weight & balance, fuel optimization) and Crew Operations (e.g., pairing, rostering, tracking, fatigue management).Technical Roadmap Alignment: Translate operational business needs into technical requirements, working closely with enterprise architects, developers, and third-party vendors.Scope & Risk Control: Proactively manage project scope, identify technical dependencies, mitigate operational risks, and resolve blockers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery without disrupting daily airline operations.2.
