Perform ENT and otolaryngology procedures according to expertise, clinical privileges, and facility capabilities. Manage preoperative assessment, surgical planning, operative care, and postoperative follow-up. Collaborate with relevant medical, anaesthesia, intensive care, rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management. Participate in clinical discussions, surgical reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.
