Role overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced surgeons, physicians, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and surgical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients requiring ENT and head and neck surgical intervention and complex surgical care.
Perform ENT and otolaryngology procedures according to expertise, clinical privileges, and facility capabilities.
Manage preoperative assessment, surgical planning, operative care, and postoperative follow-up.
Collaborate with relevant medical, anaesthesia, intensive care, rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
Participate in clinical discussions, surgical reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.
Maintain accurate documentation, informed consent processes, infection control standards, and adherence to clinical guidelines.
