Description
1. Prepare the execution plan of projects via phases based on the agreed time and to follow up the progress on a regular basis to ensure reaching the customer satisfaction.2. Participate in the handover or kick off meeting between sales and installations department and responsible for the site preparations and follow up of site readiness.3. Deliver the required tasks during the project phases and to support the site technicians in terms of supplying all needs to help the team to reach the desired targets.4. Plan and organize the delivery and storage of materials and tools in the site to make sure installation phase is within the planned timeframe.5. Deliver the required technical training to technicians to implement the projects works in a quality way and develop their skills to be able to manage and evaluate the performance of the team in the site.6. Work with the team to solve all problems during the execution of projects in easier, timely, and effective way to smooth the business on regular basis.7. Prepare all kinds of reports that support the project, which facilitates in evaluating the progress of the project completion phase and maintain the quality.8. Follow up all the projects’ documentations and financial issues with the clients that might have any pending issues during the execution of the project due to client’s circumstances. This will back up the company from the point of conflicting with the clients.9. Co-ordinate / communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data / information …etc. that will support them in their activities and build a smooth relationship with all employees.
