The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a Restaurant Server, you'll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink and help keep service on-track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest's experience to their unique tastes, you'll create memories as delightful as the dishes.Some of your main role responsibilities are:Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders promptly and professionally.Set up and maintain tables and service areas according to hotel standards.Provide attentive service, anticipate guest needs, and handle concerns professionally.Obtain guest feedback and share relevant comments with the Supervisor or Manager.Maintain good knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions, and dietary requirements.Work closely with the Restaurant, Kitchen, Bar, and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.Support colleagues during busy periods and assist in other areas as required.Perform department/outlet opening or closing duties as required.Participate in training and continuously develop food, beverage, and service knowledge.Maximize sales through effective upselling and product knowledge.Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.Maintain high standards of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and cleanliness.Follow all restaurant SOPs, hotel policies, cash handling procedures, and safety requirements.Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:Minimum 1-2 years experience in hotels in similar positionFood service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred.
