Responsibilities
Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to provide outstanding guest service.
Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently to optimize dining flow.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in the dining area.
Train and mentor team members to adhere to service protocols and company policies.
Monitor inventory related to service items and communicate needs to management.
Prepare regular reports on service performance and guest satisfaction.
