In this role, you will leverage your expertise in process design and mapping to drive operational excellence, mitigate risk, and develop comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business requirement documents (BRDs). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end process design and reengineering workshops Develop detailed process maps and workflow diagrams Perform risk assessments and identify control gaps Author and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs) for system and process changes Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather requirements Support implementation of new processes and monitor performance metrics Drive continuous improvement through process optimization initiatives Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field 3–8 years of hands-on experience in process design and process mapping Proven expertise in risk management and control assessment Experience developing and maintaining SOPs Strong proficiency in authoring BRDs Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred qualifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification Experience working with ERP or BPM software Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Prior experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, manufacturing) Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and business practices Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment Position details: Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: Consulting / Professional services Experience required: 3+ years About the Company AIQU connects future-ready technology specialists with forward-looking organisations.
