VP – Corporate Finance & Transformation:I'm currently supporting a confidential search for a senior finance leader to join a large, diversified, multi-market organization with operations across the Middle East and Asia.This is a significant leadership mandate for someone who can combine strong financial governance and controllership expertise with transformation, systems and operational excellence.The role will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team and take ownership across key areas including:Corporate finance, governance and financial controlsRecord-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)Treasury, liquidity and working capital optimizationFinancial consolidation, statutory reporting and IFRS complianceFinance transformation and the development of a Shared Services modelERP and finance systems transformation, automation and digitalizationFinancial policies, controls and Delegation of Authority frameworksBanking relationships, funding and capital structureLeadership and development of senior finance teams across multiple marketsThe ideal profile will bring 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including substantial senior leadership exposure within a large, complex and multi-entity organization.
