Requirements

Commercial Office Development supports the planning and execution of Qiddiya's office development portfolio by providing market insights, commercial analysis, and development recommendations. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure office products, development plans, and investment decisions are aligned with market demand and business objectives. The position combines market research, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project support to contribute to the successful delivery of commercially viable office developments.Key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of office portfolio, asset, and product strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.Conduct market research, benchmarking, competitor reviews, and occupier demand analysis to support development decisions.Assist in preparing business cases, commercial assessments, strategic recommendations, and management presentations.Analyze office market trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.Support the definition of office products, tenant positioning, and customer value propositions.Assist in identifying target occupiers, strategic partners, and key demand drivers within the office sector.Collaborate with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations teams to help optimize project outcomes.Support project phasing, prioritization, and commercial evaluation activities across the office portfolio.Coordinate and manage inputs from external consultants and advisors to ensure timely delivery of studies and recommendations.Prepare reports, presentations, and commercial analyses for internal and external stakeholders.Support stakeholder engagement activities and contribute to effective cross-functional collaboration.
