Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field.* 4–7 years of leasing experience in shopping malls, retail destinations, or major commercial developments.* Strong hands-on experience in both Retail & F&B/Restaurant Leasing.* Established network within the Egyptian retail and F&B market.* Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing leasing deals.* Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.* Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.* Excellent Arabic & English.
