In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Collaborates with functional leaders to identify areas of improvements for business processes and systems in Qingpu plant.
Aligns process improvements priorities, develop programs for implementation, track and report programs performance.track and report programs performance.
Manages oracle ERP implementation and its ongoing gaps analyses and interfaces for efficiency.
Supports on work with relevant SAP IT teams for needed requirements.
Standardizes and streamlines processes and systems in Qingpu plant.
Provides leadership and support factory business system team.
Responsible for automation and new system development, a point of contact for internal requestors and external vendors.
Acts as a bridge between business users and IT/System developer.
Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself;reporting unsate work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/health at work, as needed,

Degree in Management/Technology with at least 5years of relevant business process improvement in an industrial sales and manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently with strong project management in planning, execution and follow-up.
Good at IT budget planning and control
Familiar with Oracle, SAP and Business Intelligence tools.
Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Willingness to explore and learn; hands-on to automate and develop is necessary.
Able to work under tight deadlines and capable of multi-tasking.
Flexibility to travel.
