Requires a college graduate with at least 2 years of experience in production planning within a multinational manufacturing company. Must have good English and PC skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and be a self-starter. Experience with MPR is a plus.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Execute and monitor the production control functions including production order review, material shortage review. 2. Distribute and maintain work orders. Including adjusting quantities and dates to align production with customer requirements. Splitting, and generating shop orders as necessary to support production. 3. Schedule customer requirements by balancing production capacity and customer requests. 4. Verify and align with SOM and Buyer to ensure timely delivery of orders. 5. Meet customer requirements with our production capabilities giving delivery promises, which will maximize throughput and satisfy customer demand. 6. Other duties assigned by line manager.
For This Role, You Will Need:
1. College graduate 2. At least 2 years experience in production planning in multinational manufacturing company. 3. Good command of English and PC. Good communications and negotiation skill. 4. Must be a self starter & self motivated. 5. Learn MPR is a plus
