Basic culinary certification or diploma in Hospitality/Culinary Arts is preferred. Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen hygiene standards, and food safety practices (HACCP compliance). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
