Requirements
M Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering Graduate degree or MSc in electrical engineering or industrial engineering is an asset Preferred Experience: 6-8 years of experience in the PV industry (preferably with an IPP/EPC, engineering firm or technical consultant) or equivalent experience Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge of PV market players and PV components Experienced user in PVSys and basic knowledge in using AutoCAD Battery Storage knowledge and/or experience would be desirable Exceptional communication skills and able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, diverse environment. The role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals. The Technical Manager, PV will provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the development lifecycles. As part of an integrated project team, to prepare and agree on project specifications, budgets and timescales with contractors, clients or other stakeholders, and to define basic design, and create or review test procedures for PV plant components such as foundation, PV modules and converters.
