Requirements
Operate the weighbridge system for all incoming and outgoing vehicles.Record truck weights, vehicle details, material type, supplier/customer information, and quantities accurately.Issue and verify weighbridge tickets and delivery documents.Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Security teams.Check delivery and dispatch documents against weighbridge records.Monitor and report any discrepancies in vehicle weight or documentation.Maintain daily weighing records and prepare reports.Ensure the weighbridge equipment and system are functioning properly and report any issues.Follow company safety, security, and operational procedures.Maintain proper filing and documentation of all transactions.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1–3 years of experience as a Weighbridge Operator, preferably in a feed mill, manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, or industrial environment.Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and data entry.Good numerical and record-keeping skills.Ability to work shifts and handle high-volume truck movements.Good communication and coordination skills.
