Requirements
Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in a training roleStrong knowledge of rigging practices, safety regulations, and operational proceduresExperience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or EPC sectors is highly desirableExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalCertifications related to rigging and safety training (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) are preferredAbility to conduct competency-based assessments and deliver engaging training sessions
