Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Learning, Engagement & PerformanceLocation: Dubai, UAEA diversified organisation is seeking an organised and proactive HR professional to join its People Shared Services team. The role will deliver key people programs across multiple business units, supporting both office-based and operational employees.Key responsibilities:• Coordinate the annual learning and development calendar and training-needs analysis• Manage end-to-end learning programs and external training partners• Plan and deliver engagement activities, town halls, recognition programs, wellbeing initiatives and employee events• Coordinate employee surveys, analyse feedback and track action plans• Manage the performance-management cycle, including goal setting, check-ins, reviews and calibration• Coordinate annual medical insurance renewal and benefits administration• Support internal, external, statutory and client audits• Maintain accurate, confidential and audit-ready HR records• Prepare dashboards, trackers and management reports• Partner with business leaders, HR teams and external service providersCandidate requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience• Practical experience in learning and development, employee engagement and performance management• Exposure to medical insurance renewal, benefits administration and HR audits is strongly preferred• Experience in a shared-services, multi-entity or operational environment is an advantage• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently• CIPD, SHRM, ATD or an equivalent qualification is desirableInterested candidates may apply confidentially through LinkedIn.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
