Job description
Participate in client meetings and support the presentation of financing proposals alongside senior deal team members.
Assist in the origination, structuring, pricing and execution of syndicated loans and other credit facilities across EMEA.
Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, transaction presentations and internal reports.
Gather, analyse and maintain market intelligence, pricing data and lending trends to support transaction structuring and market reporting.
Coordinate the preparation of information memoranda and syndication materials for lender distribution.
Support the management of loan syndications throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Assist in negotiating financing terms and conditions with market participants and co-financiers.
Work closely with coverage teams, distribution teams, execution teams and operational functions to deliver transaction objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors and other financing partners.
Contribute to expanding and educating the investor base through engagement with potential co-financiers and market participants.
