The role involves supporting clients through property search, viewings, and selection, while explaining key features, pricing, and investment potential for residential and investment properties. The candidate will assist in preparing and organizing sales documentation, coordinating with senior advisors, and maintaining accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, nurturing client relationships, updating market and property information, and contributing to sales presentations and marketing activities.
