Job Purpose:The Commercial Services Officer is responsible for managing and developing commercial service activities within the terminal, ensuring high-quality service delivery to concessionaires, partners, and passengers while supporting revenue generation objectives.Job Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate day-to-day commercial service activities within the terminal commercial operations area.Manage relationships with commercial service providers, vendors, and partners operating within the terminal.Monitor and ensure compliance of commercial service operators with contractual obligations, service standards, and airport regulations.Identify opportunities to introduce new commercial services and enhance existing offerings to improve passenger experience and increase non-aeronautical revenue.Conduct regular inspections and audits of commercial service areas to ensure quality, safety, and brand standards are maintained.Handle operational issues, escalations, and complaints related to commercial services in a timely and professional manner.Prepare performance reports, revenue analysis, and service quality dashboards for management review.Support the negotiation and administration of commercial service contracts and agreements.Collaborate with the F&B, Retail & Duty Free, and Area Allocation teams to ensure integrated and seamless commercial operations across the terminal.Liaise with other departments (Operations, Security, Facilities) to support the smooth functioning of commercial service areas.Maintain accurate records of agreements, permits, and commercial service documentation.
