Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE analysis or a related role within the Oil & Energy industry.Thorough knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.Familiarity with HSE management systems and data analysis software.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments.Certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel to different sites as needed.Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to improve workplace safety, environmental performance, and regulatory compliance.Conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, preparing compliance reports, developing and delivering training, and collaborating with teams to implement safety initiatives and reduce hazards.This role requires a strong understanding of HSE regulations and data analysis to provide insights that support management decisions and promote a safety-first culture.EHS analyst provides support in planning, implementation and monitoring of environmental, health, and safety programs and policies to ensure complianceTrack Environmental, Health and Safety metrics including Ǫuarterly KPIs and PPE Acknowledgement submissionsConduct formal and systematic reviews of campus operations and activities to ensure compliance with regulations.Responsible for the accuracy and auditing of all Safety related statisticsTrack safety, health and Environmental audit documentsWork with affected departments to coordinate, implement and maintain employee /trainee injury prevention strategies and program(s)Provide hazard analysis, program customization, training and EHS support to activities within the organization, creative services and scripted television production activitiesSupport the maintenance of EHS database of accidents and incidentsSupports site in achieving EHS targets C objectivesTrack all the HSE related contracts’ submissionsOrganize and track HSE CampaignsHSE Records and Files control and managementSkills:• HSE Analyst Ǫualifications:• Relevant degrees such as bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial, Safety, Health, Environmental Science• Also, certificates in HSE Fields• Desired experience for HSE analysts includes:• 3-5 years in similar field• Skills for HSE Analyst• Microsoft Office• Fluent in English Language (Speaking, Writing, Reading)• OSHA / NEBOSH• local safety regulations• EHS policies, standards and compliance• Environmental• Health• Fire Systems
