The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, enhancing, and supporting business systems and processes that enable asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and operational excellence across the organization. The role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective system solutions that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and decision-making.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 15 years of relevant experience.Minimum 5 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, or Industrial sectors.Mandatory RequirementsSAPStrong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), including:Equipment MasterFunctional LocationsMaintenance PlanningInspection PlanningWork Order ManagementExperience with custom SAP developments and integrations.Strong knowledge of ABAP, OData, CDS Views, Workflow, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BADIs, and BAPIs.Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and RAP developments.Data & AnalyticsAdvanced Power BI development and reporting experience.Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and reporting.Industrial SystemsExperience with PI System (OSIsoft) or similar industrial data historians.Understanding of ETL processes and integration between operational and enterprise systems.Business Systems AnalysisProven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and system implementation.Ability to manage system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate end-to-end resolution.Digital & Emerging TechnologiesKnowledge of AI/ML applications for predictive maintenance and asset integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and recommend system improvements and automation solutions.Support, enhance, and optimize SAP PM and related asset management systems.Develop Power BI dashboards and business reports.Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver system enhancements.Lead workshops, document requirements, and support testing and deployment activities.Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with company standards.Preferred CertificationsSAP S/4HANA Asset Management (PM)SAP BTPSAP Fiori AssociateMicrosoft Power BI (PL-300)PMP / PRINCE2 / AgileNACE/AMPP, API 510/570/653, or ISO 55000SkillsStakeholder ManagementProject ManagementProblem Solving & TroubleshootingData GovernanceCommunication & Documentation
