Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of procurement consulting and/or transformation experience, with a proven track record in delivering procurement assessments, diagnostics, and transformation programs. Deep expertise in procurement operating model design, spend analytics, procurement compliance, process reviews, and strategic sourcing/category management is required. Strong experience with SAP Ariba (implementation, optimization, or transformation) is essential, as is demonstrated experience in CAPEX procurement, Real Estate/Property Development, and indirect procurement categories. The ability to translate complex findings into practical business recommendations for senior leadership and previous experience in the Middle East region are also mandatory.
