Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 15 years of professional experience in administration, including at least 5 years in an Administration Manager / Senior Administrative Management position.Proven experience in major construction companies, shipyards, shipbuilding companies, or large-scale industrial projects.Solid experience managing an organization of more than 1,000 employees within a large, multi-department organization.Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and people-management skills.Proven experience in developing administrative policies, procedures, regulations, and organizational restructuring.Excellent communication and coordination skills with senior management and cross-functional departments.We are looking for a strong administrative leader with proven experience in managing large-scale organizations and multiple administrative functions, capable of driving operational excellence, improving processes, and ensuring effective coordination across the entire organization.
