This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to take responsibility for sourcing and attracting talent across both the UAE and African markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activity across a variety of functions and seniority levels, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver high-quality candidates. We are open to candidates with different levels of recruitment experience, provided they have a strong understanding of sourcing, candidate engagement and the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the UAE and African markets. Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple markets and disciplines. Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews and assessments. Work closely with hiring managers to understand vacancies, requirements and candidate profiles. Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions and levels of seniority. Proactively headhunt passive candidates and engage with relevant talent pools. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records. Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment activity and pipelines. Support the development of effective recruitment strategies for both UAE and African markets. Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
