Description
Conduct Site survey, and collect all the needed data for the engineering design. Listen to customer requirements and understand the requested sequence in order to estimate the engineering and programming period. Report the site survey to the technical office.Responsible to prepare the material list of PLCs.Help in choosing the suitable SCADA development software according to the required application, number of tags, and customer`s requirementsGathering the P&ID, the mimic or drawings provided from the customers to design the various screen.Prepare the price structure (the whole costs for this project including materials list and man power cost and some other factors) and deliver it to the sales department for preparing the proposal.Design the main screens and submit the primary design for approval and then finalize the screens as well as the links of the PLC. Test the PLC program with the SCADA project.Prepare the HMI device and download the application project.Responsible of the PLC and SCADA at the commissioning and start up the system on-site.Configuration, commissioning and start-up of instrumentations, such as flow metering system, level measurements, RTGs, pressure and temperature transmitters.Prepare the final documentation to the client.With co-ordination with the maintenance manager, prepare maintenance schedule and master plane and job reports and certificates.Response promptly and effectively to normal and urgent customer calls referring to the history of the equipment to present for better time management.Maintain a high level of product knowledge and problem solving techniques through attending training sessions, on-site training and self-development.Review the wiring diagram, conduct loop test and troubleshooting.Provide regular progress report, weekly time sheet, and end of work report.Responsible for safety, health and environmental protection of the work site by following policy statement and personal safety guidelines.
