In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Champion a safe, inclusive work environment for yourself and others.
  • Assign tasks to team members and adjust work distribution as needed.
  • Support team members in following company policies, procedures, and safety expectations.\
  • Work with your team to maximize productivity and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy.
  • Complete assigned responsibilities as directed by your supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, peers, and leadership.
  • Provide end‑of-shift recaps and participate in daily hand‑off meetings.
  • Perform other duties as required to support operational success.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Successful completion of Emerson’s training on all required equipment, which may include fork trucks, standing Crown pick trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
