Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 12-18+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in technology or high-growth environments. Key requirements include deep finance operations and controllership experience, proven ability to scale finance functions, strong FP&A and financial modelling skills, meaningful IPO/IPO-readiness experience, and significant M&A and transaction experience. Strong Saudi Arabia/KSA market experience and the ability to work closely with CEOs, Boards, investors, auditors, and external advisors are essential. A strong understanding of technology business models, KPIs, unit economics, and capital allocation is also required, along with exceptional communication skills and executive presence. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
