Worked in a specific facilities maintenance trade for at least 6 years and attended a trade school or upper education.Ability to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures this to include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, Hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features. Etc.Reports to Supervisor and Manager and performs tasks and assignments as necessary.Carries out CBM's (Conditional Based Maintenance) as assigned and follows through with preventive maintenance as per equipment manufacturers and property guidelines and manuals.Work safe and follow all health and safety guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment.Must perform shift coverage as assigned.Escalate and advise senior personnel on issuesMust become familiar with the layout of the building and propertyAbility to work and perform required duties during building emergenciesRequired to keep areas clean - before, during and after jobs.
