The role is focused on driving alignment across consultants, stakeholders, and project objectives while helping ensure design outcomes support quality, compliance, delivery expectations, and broader development goals.ResponsibilitiesLead multidisciplinary design teams across concept, schematic, and detailed design phases.Manage external consultants to deliver coordinated, high-quality design packages on schedule.Oversee design reviews, approvals, and compliance with project standards and regulations.Align design outcomes with budget, program, stakeholder expectations, and development objectives.Present design progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
