About the Role

What We're Looking For
We are seeking EYFS teachers who can:
Deliver engaging, play-based, and child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and the principles of the Curiosity Approach.
Create a nurturing, inspiring, and purposeful environment that encourages exploration, independence, and a love of learning.
Use effective formative assessment strategies to observe, document, and track children’s developmental progress.
Contribute to planning and continuous provision development, collaborating closely with the EYFS team to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
Support the holistic well-being of children and promote the school’s values, routines, and expectations.
Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication on children’s progress, achievements, and next steps.
Participate actively in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.
