Key ResponsibilitiesManage stock consolidation, replenishment, allocation, and distribution based on sales performance and HTV trends. Analyze sales and inventory data to identify fast- and slow-moving products and optimize stock levels. Prepare production plans and daily/weekly/monthly sales, brand, and inventory reports. Maintain accurate gold stock records, system data, and Excel reports. Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and deliveries. Prepare store allocations, dispatches, Gold Outstanding Reports, and weekly Gold Payment Plans. Coordinate gold scrap melting and ensure proper documentation and compliance. Conduct regular stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance with inventory policies, controls, and operational standards.
