As a master developer, we invest in sustainable infrastructure, accessibility, community amenities and family-focused facilities including community centers, mosques, schools, supermarkets and landscaping.Our integrated real estate offering also includes a robust land sales portfolio, project management for large-scale projects, as well as top-notch facilities management services.About the Job:Support the development, consolidation and monitoring of annual operating expense (OPEX) budgets, forecasts and budget recalibrations in collaboration with business stakeholders and Finance teams.Coordinate with departments and business units to gather budget inputs, facilitate budget planning activities and support the timely preparation of annual budgets.Prepare periodic and ad-hoc Management Information System (MIS) reports, financial analyses and KPI dashboards to support management decision-making and cost control initiatives.Analyze operational and financial performance, investigate variances against budgets and forecasts, and provide insights to support improved financial performance and resource utilization.Assist in developing and enhancing budgeting, reporting and financial control policies, procedures, templates and tools to strengthen governance and reporting accuracy.Review statutory financial statements and supporting financial records to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.About You:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is mandatory.
