The job holder is responsible for working closely with the Executive Director – Strategy & Value Creation Office in establishing and implementing the governance framework for Strategy Execution & Monitoring and supporting in implementation of strategic initiatives to meet the intended objectives, and also support with Governance activities as required. If you are ready to embark on a dynamic journey where your talents are valued, and your contributions make a real impact, we would like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Transformation and TechLead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process optimization, AI-enabled transformation and customer experience improvement.Building new businessesDevelop robust blueprints for new businesses, covering market assessment, value proposition, go-to-market strategy, operating model and business plan validation.
