Description
Responsibilities:Carry out constructability review during the Design and Modification stages.Review in a timely manner the Design Consultant(s)submittals and forward comments to Design Manager.Ensure the Design Consultant(s) incorporates the comments raised from previous stages.Review Tender Documents to ensure completeness prior to issuing to BiddersParticipate in the pre-qualification of the construction contractor's list.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.10+ year's of relevant experience in architecture design and construction.Strong understanding of site execution.Strong communication , coordination and problem solving skills.
