Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.Years of experience: From 5 to 7 years.Minimum of 3 years working for a real estate developer with previous experience in consultant offices. Excellent in REVIT , CAD , 3D Max , Lumion, SKETCHUP , PHOTOSHOP and Navisworks software.Good knowledge of BIM system.Good knowledge of MS Office.Knowledge of architectural codes, regulations, and industry standards, with a commitment to quality and compliance.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality design outcomes within budget and schedule constraints.
Description
As a Project Architect, you will contribute to different projects development by providing guidance to consultants throughout the building design process as per the development vision to ensure deliverables quality and coherence to project needs and requirements, within approved budget & time frame.Project Architects duties includes the following : Follow up and guide project consultant, prepare drawings from concept design to issue for construction documents. Ability to evaluate design deliverables from consultants.Review design drawings, models, and specifications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Coordinate design reviews and workshops with project team members and consultants to resolve conflicts and optimize design solutions.Ensure that architectural design solutions comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, conducting thorough reviews and audits as necessary. Performs routine area calculations according to specified standards.Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain the highest standards of design integrity and performance.
