Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is mandatory. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in facility maintenance management, preferably within a large-scale real estate or hospitality group. Strong working knowledge and experience with maintenance software, particularly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems used for tracking work orders and service delivery. Familiarity with modern maintenance methodologies, including the implementation of predictive maintenance techniques to minimize downtime and costs. Proven strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and direct a diverse technical team. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) necessary for clear and effective interaction with team members, contractors, and senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex maintenance issues and implement effective, long-lasting solutions.

Talaat Moustafa Group is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the complete maintenance operations across our facilities, with a specific focus on our special buildings and premium hospitality assets. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring that all facility systems are properly maintained, managing a team of technical professionals, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven performance analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Lead and manage all daily and long-term facility maintenance operations, ensuring system reliability, safety, and efficiency across all TMG assets.Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and lead a large team of maintenance engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and safety.Specialized Expertise: Apply and enforce a very good knowledge of high-end finishing work specific to luxury properties, special buildings, and hotels to ensure quality and aesthetic standards are consistently met.Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on maintenance performance data, identifying trends, root causes of failures, and key areas for improvement in operational efficiency.KPI Management: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance operations to measure effectiveness, resource utilization, and cost control.System Integrity: Develop and implement rigorous maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems are functioning optimally.
