The role will suit a lawyer with strong general corporate and advisory experience who can manage client matters effectively, produce high-quality legal work and work collaboratively with senior lawyers and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Assist with a range of general corporate and advisory matters, preparing legal documents, correspondence, advice and memoranda.Conduct legal research and analyse complex legal and commercial issues, identifying the relevant laws and providing practical solutions.Support senior lawyers with client meetings, negotiations and the progression of matters.Manage assigned matters and competing priorities effectively, ensuring client files and documentation remain accurate and up to date.Work collaboratively with associates, senior lawyers, trainees, legal researchers and paralegals to deliver high-quality client service.Candidate Requirements:Experience within a law firm or legal practice, with strong general corporate / advisory experience.An accredited Law degree and strong legal knowledge, with the ability to comprehend complex matters and identify applicable laws.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while collaborating effectively with others.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
