Requirements
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.2–5 years of progressive hands-on experience in construction, site engineering, or related roles, with proven involvement across project execution stages.Strong knowledge of engineering and construction practices, including site supervision, project management, quality control, and health & safety regulations.Proficiency in AutoCAD, blueprint reading, structural analysis, materials management, and MEP systems, with the ability to address technical site challenges.Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and coordination skills, with the ability to take ownership and perform effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Description
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered according to approved specifications, budgets, quality standards, and timelines.Implement and monitor quality control procedures while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations across all site activities.Provide technical engineering expertise, including blueprint interpretation, structural analysis, MEP coordination, and resolution of construction-related technical challenges.Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.Optimize manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources to maximize operational efficiency while supporting continuous improvement and successful project delivery.
