Requirements
Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in engineering or a closely related field, possess mechanical aptitude, and have an interest in manufacturing. Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support and promote a strong safety culture.
Troubleshoot issues within the manufacturing facility, using root cause analysis tools, to identify the source and provide corrective solutions
Collaborate within the team and across departments on projects from inception to completion.
Design Tooling, Jigs, Fixtures, and Facilities Equipment utilizing SolidWorks.
Identify and Facilitate Implementation of process improvements.
Determine specifications and initiate the purchase of materials and components
Develop Best Practices and Procedures; communicate these to employees through Visual Workplace, Formal Training, and Area meetings.
Coordinate and communicate with all levels of the organization (formal and informal presentations).
