Manage pre-operative preparation and post-operative care to optimize patient recovery and rehabilitation. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, physiotherapists, and pain specialists. Educate patients and families on condition management, surgical procedures, and recovery protocols. Maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuous professional education and research involvement. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation. Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution. Residency training completed in orthopedic surgery or neurosurgery. Board certification or eligibility in spine surgery preferred. Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in spine surgery. Expertise in a broad spectrum of spine surgical procedures, particularly minimally invasive techniques. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
