Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOptimize Production: To execute all scheduled (day-to-day, preventive) maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repairs of the equipment's in order to optimize production & minimize plant down time for maintenance related development works Prompt Trouble Shooting: Responsible for trouble shooting during breakdowns of mechanical equipment's and provide the assistance to find out the root cause for corrective action maintenance related development works Providing Solutions: Responsible for attending mechanical maintenance problems during breakdowns in the RM Plant. To communicate to superiors of any abnormalities found in the mill in order to plan & rectify the same. Audit and Investigation: Inspection of equipment's to meet engineering principles and safety regulations in maintenance related development works. Maintenance Support: To assist and help Superiors in Mechanical Maintenance (RM ) in all technical areas to ensure smooth maintenance of the RM for uninterrupted production and co-ordination with other departments. Implementing Standards: Follow mechanical maintenance standards for all equipment in the RM Plant. Policies and Procedures Management: To follow all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental management policies, procedures applicable to maintenance related development.
