Must have certifications and MAXIMO experience. Experience with computer, servers, IP phones maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.

Our client is one of the leading Energy based companies and are looking for a IT Systems and Support Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.Key Responsibilities will Include:Responsible for the planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrade and administration of organizations systems, phones and network.Responsible to troubleshoot IT-related issues, investigate user problems, identify route-causes, remedies, test and implement solutions. Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and perform troubleshooting out of operational hours to reduce systems/networks down-time.Accountable to evaluate the end-users needs, and order hardware and software when required to meet the operational requirements.In charge of the implementation, administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange, Share Point, Domain Controllers, Central Printing Servers.Maintain and improve high safety standards in accordance to QHSE procedures.
