Requirements
* 10+ years of HR experience.* Proven experience in an HR Director / Head of HR / Senior HR Leadership role.* Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.* Proven ability to build HR strategies, systems, and processes from the ground up.* Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.* Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.* SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.* Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across all business functions.* Build and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee frameworks.* Design and implement performance management and employee development strategies.* Drive employee engagement and build a strong company culture.* Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.* Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and business growth.* Analyze HR metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
